This is the first time I’ve ever ordered a tree online so naturally I was a little nervous. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: This tree was beautifully flocked once assembled and manually fluffed up (you absolutely have to adjust the branches to achieve a thick flock). The height was perfect for my place, which has fairly high ceilings. Cons: It is EXTREMELY messy! I knew the faux snow would shed a little but I did not expect it to transfer everywhere and literally cling to all of my clothing and even skin. I don’t know what material the faux snow is made out of, but be prepared to have it all over you and sweep and vacuum immediately. There was also one branch that kept falling down, as something was faulty with the metal groove it was supposed to fit into. I had to use my wrench to adjust it but it was still loose. Lastly, the box it was delivered in - which was just a plain big cardboard box, was completely disheveled and unusable after opening. It did not come with any kind of company brand box underneath. I literally had to buy a huge wardrobe box from a storage facility to pack it up in. It also arrived late, which was rather inconvenient as I’d hope to assemble it well before Christmas, but ended up doing it the week of due to the delay. In the end, it turned out nicely so I’m being generous with my rating, but ultimately I was very disappointed with the process. Perhaps someone else will have better luck.
