Good covers, thin paper
These albums are for dry materials ONLY. The paper itself is a bit thin, so anything but graphite, colored pencil, or charcoal will show through. The covers are really nice and solid and I like to draw when my sketchbook is tilted towards me and it gives it an extra base that my other sketchbooks don't have. My problem with this is that it doesn't completely erase the pencil marks (and no, it's not an eraser problem).
