I like that they offer different packages, so we can choose what works best for our business needs! They are always available via email or phone if needed as well.
Sometimes it's hard to understand exactly how everything is set up - there could be more detail in their documentation about each step of setting things up/configuring software. If you're looking for easy-to-use solutions with great customer support then this might not work out perfectly for your team but worth checking them out first before making any decisions. We've been able to easily track which pages people visit during certain times (ie: weekends vs weekdays), identify specific user groups who prefer using mobile devices instead of desktops, etc.
