Nothing sticks to it

I have one of the new sleek hobs that came with my house and I wouldn't choose it as I prefer gas. However, my copper-bottomed pans seem to warp a little, and my Calafalon pot has hot spots on the bottom that burn when I'm making jam or soup. I bought this pan and it works great with my stove top as nothing sticks to it. Even soups based on milk and cream, which always stick to the bottom of the pot, are easy to clean. It's a good size too. I gave away the copper-bottomed pan and only used it for large recipes.
