Don't let the term cooling fool ya, this pillow is not a cooling gel pillow, and does not cool you if you're a hot sleeper. The pillowcase that came with it was like paper, and was uncomfortable: I took it off within 5 minutes of laying on it. The neck relief was so so at best, and not as good as my first cervical pillow. Overall, not worth the $50 price, and I still sweat when trying to sleep with it. Wouldn't recommend it if you're trying to stay cool at night.

Love my new pillow super comfortable and relaxing. Even cool behind the neck. It takes about a week to get used too. That's my feedback.

I know $50 seems like a lot to spend on a pillow, but when you have neck, shoulder, and tinnitus, you’ll try everything. I have had this pillow only a week+ and my problems are seeming to be lessening. Fingers crossed!

I got this pillow as I suffer for a lot of insomnia and although the pillow helped after some weeks of usage the pillow it's not as soft as it used to be even though it's supposed to be of memory foam. Sometimes I feel like it is too hard but then some days it feels fine.

Well i only tried it once because i got it for my girl and she’s been telling me she feels so comfortable to sleep with it, no neck pain and she sleeps so good.

I had ACDF surgery, it’s been sleepless and uncomfortable nights and days for me with regular pillows. This pillow is amazing especially do to my condition from my surgery, it helps support the back of my neck and takes pressure off my nerves and spine . I have to say once I made the switch to this pillow I have had no more neck pain or shoulder pain. It does take a while to break it in ,when you first get this pillow; it’s not exactly the most comfortable. However, give it time and it will contour to your head and be the best pillow you have ever laid your head on.

This is a great cervical pillow to alleviate neck pain and stiffness. Its unique design keeps everything aligned while sleeping. I sleep on my back and my side and the pillow is supportive for both positions. If you have never slept on a memory foam pillow, you may need to give it some time to get used to it but is is well worth it.

I bought this pillow to help the person in my home who snores like a chainsaw.They also have massive migraines from neck pains , this pillow has seriously qorked wonders. In 3 days their neck pain is almost completely gone and the snoring is almost non existent. Trust me any sleep is better then no sleep at all . Amazing how well it has worked already.

This "cooling” pillow actually does keep me cool at night. It doesn’t actually feel cold to the touch, what it does though is NOT make me hot and sweaty while I am using it. I had ZERO success with that when I tried several other CPAP/neck relief pillows. This is our second pillow we’ve bought from Mkicesky! My husband and I both have neck/back issues and these pillows have helped so much. I sleep better and have less pain. Definitely the best memory foam contour pillows I’ve tried.

Started off great I was sleeping better and waking up with less headaches but soon after started having back/spine pain because this pillow is to high and misaligned your spine. Don’t recommend at all

Update: I ordered and received today, my second 'miracle' pillow! I didn't have room to put in my suitcase since I was flying, so I ordered one and had it sent to my Mom's in MD. I'll now have it when we visit family and friends in MD and DE!I started using this pillow as soon as it arrived. Every morning prior to using, I’d wake in the morning with pain in my neck and ultimately needed to take pain relief. Since using this pillow, I haven’t experienced neck pain at all! I miss scrunching up…

I have bad neck pains, this pillow has been the most comfortable I've ever owned. I actually wake up not in pain now. It took some getting used to sleeping on a side of the pillow instead of the middle (I'm a side sleeper), but now I wouldn't want it any other way. I take it on vacation with me, it's become a necessity.
