Great cervical pillow!

This is a great cervical pillow to alleviate neck pain and stiffness. Its unique design keeps everything aligned while sleeping. I sleep on my back and my side and the pillow is supportive for both positions. If you have never slept on a memory foam pillow, you may need to give it some time to get used to it but is is well worth it.
