Our main issue with this software was its reliability as it seemed to be slow at times or stop working altogether when we needed them most (bakery business).
We have found other softwares which are cheaper than our current one however they lacked some features such as an integrated point-of sales terminal/interface so had no choice except upgrading! As previously stated above I feel like there were better alternatives in terms of cost effectiveness. The benefits included being able to store lots more information about each product stored within their database along side many different user friendly options available via menus etc - very easy to use without any technical knowledge required.
