Love going online and having access anywhere !

I like that it has all of our accounts in one place, so we don't have to keep track manually or go back & forth between different software programs! It's also very easy once you get used too how everything works together - not much training needed at this point since everyone knows what they're doing now :) The only thing about dynecate cc would be if there was more options when adding new customers/subscriptions (like being able add multiple email addresses). Also sometimes things are hard…

My team loves using Sphinx for their eCommerce site

I like that it can be customized very well to fit your specific needs. The customer service could improve, but when you are dealing with a small business they should be able to pick up the phone if something isn't clear or if you have an issue. We needed a more robust system than what was in place at my current job because there is less overhead and less manpower. Great Software & Amazing Customer Service

I love that it's an all-in-one, easy to use system. The customer service has always been great as well. It truly does have everything you need in one place. I wish there was more flexibility with scheduling. We've had times where we've needed to change a schedule, but they don't allow us to do that until after 7 days. That can be frustrating when you're trying to get things done quickly. This is a very user friendly software. Also, the customer service is amazing. I'm able to find what I need…
