I don't like the fact that it requires so many programs to be open, it takes a lot of time to load. I also dislike how you have to keep signing in and out of different programs to be able to work. It's easy to use, the customer support is awesome, it's intuitive, and it works! I like that I can easily send my patients to the right care team and get them what they need. I don't like that I can't assign medication to a specific provider. I would like to be able to do that, but I don't have access to that feature. This particular app allows me to save so much mental energy while working with patients! Prioritizing tasks for each patient saves my brain power (and sanity!) when it comes down t0 taking care oof them during visits or office hours!!
