The layout is very organized and the reporting section makes it easy to see what we are doing right and where we can improve. The price for this system makes me feel as though they are not willing to keep up with their competitors products so be prepared to pay more money than what others charge in order to get things done efficiently! I like how easy it was for me to navigate around in order get started using their service - they have tutorials so there wasn't much difficulty getting up & running! It's difficult at times when trying access some areas within my account/programs (ie billing) but this may be due more towards lack or knowledge as opposed from being an issue wth First Homecare itself?
