Review on firstHOMECARE by Gene Rosado

I like how easy it was to use! It's very user friendly for caregivers as well as patients who are using this service. This program has helped us improve our efficiency greatly in regards to scheduling appointments/followups etc., which makes life easier. There aren't any cons at all really but maybe more options would be nice? Maybe an option where there could be multiple users instead of only one person being able to log into the system simultaneously. We have been provided great support from First Homecare when we've had issues or questions about their products. They're always available via phone call if needed so definitely give them a try!! Great product overall - highly recommended. Scheduling follow ups & reminders are much improved since implementing this tool! Our team members can now easily access information regarding scheduled clients through out office without having to go back & forth between different programs (iPad vs PC.
