I like how easy it was for me to navigate around in order get started using their service - they have tutorials so there wasn't much difficulty getting up & running! It's difficult at times when trying access some areas within my account/programs (ie billing) but this may be due more towards lack or knowledge as opposed from being an issue wth First Homecare itself? We are able solve most issues quickly through communication via email which helps speed things along too!! I like how easy it was to use this system for my business because everything can be done from one place which makes life easier! There wasn't anything i disliked about using this program but if there were any suggestions or improvements they would have been great!! As far as benefits we are able to track all our patients in real time so no more missing records. We also don't need paper files anymore since everything is online now.
