I love my suspension straps. The quality is pretty good. Although the TRX brand belts are top notch and I use them in the gym, I just couldn't afford to spend what they cost and needed a cheaper option. Of all the belts I've looked at online, these seem to be the closest to the TRX design. I've had to exercise at home a few times and have a ceiling hook for my hanging chair that has proven perfect for my straps. I recently received my TRX Fitness Instructor certification and this gives me the opportunity to practice at home and get a great workout. I use TRX on demand, there are some fantastic workouts out there. I agree with some of the complaints I've seen about the lack of good instructions in the box. I had to figure everything out, and learning TRX helped me figure out how to do it. set everything up, but I can understand how a new person can be a little confused when it comes to setting it up. I also love my hanging straps. I have a gym at work where I go and I hang my straps on them and they are always a great addition to my workouts.
