This is the second time I have bought this training set. When I had to stop going to the gym due to COVID, I bought this device and used it at home. It has helped me a lot to stay in shape during quarantine. When the quarantine was lifted and I returned to the gym, I passed all my home gym equipment on to my grandchildren. I love my suspension straps. The quality is pretty good. Although the TRX brand belts are top notch and I use them in the gym, I just couldn't afford to spend what they cost and needed a cheaper option.
