If you're joking, here's the high point.
I would not rate this one star if possible. It's cute and all, but cute doesn't print my labels. Luckily, before I got that pathetic thermal printer excuse, customer service decided to email me for "great customer experience". The email also mentioned in detail that if there were any problems, they would be happy to answer any questions. I laughed out loud. Then came the printer. He went to hell with an overwhelming majority. I had to go to the site to download the driver. Then go through 20 files and badly included instructions. The best part is that it's only printed on a small part of the label :-) Class 1 joke. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone and please always read the reviews.
