This machine was just what I needed. It was very easy to set up. Because there is a USB video that shows what to do with the drivers. This is quick and saves a lot of time. To open the lid you have to do 2 hands because the button has to be held for the same time. I will definitely be buying another one soon.

The driver sent with the label printer didn't work. I still get an error message. Went to their website to re-download the driver but they don't have a windows version available. They didn't reply to my email so now all I have is a label printer that I can't even use. Will probably come back

Putting it back and forth took longer than expected, but once the labels were finally set to the right size, we haven't had any problems since. it is removed from the labels. because the only way to silence the alarm is to immediately load more paper or unplug the power cord.

Love it! It's small which makes it perfect for my table. Doesn't take up much space and looks good too. It's a nice clean black and white. Prints well, no problems so far. Perfect for what I need.

Don't waste money on junk. The description says it's compatible with Windows 7.10, XP, but it's not! I wasted my time installing this and never succeeded, but the manual says it's only compatible with XP.

This machine is relatively small and is suitable for small transports or shops. If you want to print a regular sized label, I recommend buying a larger printer.

The printer didn't enable USB for setup, forcing me to proceed by going to their website and downloading the drivers assuming I had internet. Luckily I did. And after I got the drivers and installed the printer in the middle, it didn't print. Any file, any format, nothing, drivers which I think installed without any problems considering that they used their own tool and recognized it. Anyway, it doesn't print. It just throws an error. Misprint. Please empty the print queue and try again.
