I feel compelled to write about how awful this toaster is because it really is a safety hazard and a prime example of bad design and manufacturing is. Safety Hazard - Do not touch anything other than the end button of the toaster while toasting, or at any time within 10 minutes of use, without burning yourself. Burns are also dangerous on the sides. Roast is terrible. It doesn't cook evenly on each side. I also just left a piece of toast on the third tier for the whole time, and the result was a completely black piece of toast (see photo). I honestly think the toast/toaster will light up at level 7.
