My item was delivered with care. However, poor packaging design means these beautiful trees stand little chance of staying intact. First, a thin cardboard is used. Also, the tree has about an inch of room to move freely in its lower crumbling foam shell, and only two pieces of cheap styrofoam are used to cover small areas at the top, which also leaves plenty of wiggle room. Stand the bag upright, lay it horizontally. In any case, without proper packaging, a heavy tree can easily break at its weakest point, where the base becomes the tree. Must be firmly secured with two fully molded styrofoam covers. Otherwise it would be a beautiful ornamental tree. Update: Backordered hoping for a whole tree and got a golden stag instead. So disappointing.
