Nothing against the manufacturer but this product really pisses me off! At first I had to order two because the first had a cracked screen, but I didn't know about it until I rebuilt the case to fit. I modified it because it didn't include inserts or screws or anything else to install it. It's also not very suitable for a double noise, but it might just be my '05 Civic. I don't know, but I also hate that the reversing camera doesn't turn on automatically when I put it in reverse. You must manually select the camera's AV input to view the camera. Another thing I found very strange is that if you turn the volume either down or up after about a minute, the volume itself drags to the max. So if I turn up the volume a few clicks, after about a minute the volume will increase on its own as if it's very loud. However, I don't really like that the volume control is just a plus and minus button. I would prefer a rotary knob.
