This is an electronic device, anything can happen and I understand. However, what I don't understand is Sennhiser's terrible customer service and for this reason I will never buy a Sennhiser product. The voice assistant is stuck in a continuous loop that renders the device unusable until the power is turned off. start over again until the battery runs out. The issue arose after my 30 day window, but Revane supported me by contacting Sennheiser directly. Sennhiser blew up Revain and still have to contact my device three weeks later, still with manufacturer warranty. Very disappointing at best
