I purchased this to use with Size 5 capsules and it works, and I will probably develop a better method of scooping the ingredients and then dropping them into capsules, but if you're not used to this, just know it takes time. I'm using a 3-d printed capsule holder from Etsy to repackage a size 3 capsule to three size 5 capsules (because my cat will not deal with a size 3), and this tool definitely works for the small size 5.

My micro lab spoon/scoop spatula doesn't look like the one in the picture. It is so flat any powder or spice slides off completely with a slight tilt. I'm so disappointed.

although I did not realize this is to measure grains and not grams. My mushrooms are taking too long to colonize!I think the use of this measuring tool can only be detected from the use of a proper scale.

I use this to fill the "capsules” (purchased previously) with Alma Powder (which has the consistency of baby powder). That's my feedback.
