Review on FirstLight by Ted Higdem

- I have been using firstlight for quite some time now- so far it’s good.- The support team helps me with my queries very quickly when i am stuck somewhere in any part of workflow. Nothing really that comes as an issue at this point now but if you are not satisfied then there can be issues which may lead into dissatisfaction from yours end.- This software has helped us gain more visibility than we could ever think about! It does provide many features like custom filters etc., We get all our reports in one place without having separate tools or multiple softwares running separately.
