Well made, arrived on time and well packaged. My only problem is that the tweezers are so sharp that when I grab a hair, it often cuts off before I can pull it out. Also, they're a bit longer than I'm used to and I have a hard time getting very close to the mirror to see the hair with my old lady eyes and then sticking the tweezers in the space between me and the mirror. first world problem.
