It is easy to use with all of our carriers, it's affordable (especially compared against other options), their customer support has been great so far! There isn't much I dislike about this program at present - if you have any questions or concerns feel free reach out via phone during business hours as they are always willing help us solve issues that arise in real time rather than waiting until after-hours emailing them. We've had no problems thusfar but there really aren’t many downsides when using an insured carrier like UPS/FedEx etc., which makes sense considering we're insuring shipments up front before sending goods through these companies anyway.
