Overall: This is an excellent product. Works as described. Displayed in 0.1psi increments and works well with my bike (2014 BMW R1200GS with wire wheels). Solid, well made, easy to read, easy to use. Packaging: Arrived on time in a Manila postal envelope. The packaging was not sufficient to protect the product. When I opened the envelope I found that the plastic housing of the pressure gauge was cracked. Perhaps because you were crushed or kicked during transport? Customer Service: Excellent. I took pictures of the packaging and the damaged case and immediately got in touch with the nice people at Boss Power Sports. They responded quickly, apologized for the experience and offered me options. Complete replacement or just a new case? I only chose the housing because it was damaged and because I already liked the sensor. The product, customer service and constant notifications of my order status have made me a happy customer. By the way, the email notifications came from a human, not an automated system. Nice gesture. Thanks Boss Powersports. I am a very happy customer.
