I felt compelled to review this monitor after seeing a lot of negative reviews lately. First, my old 27 inch Dell monitor that I used to work from home died after 8 years of use. You just can't work all day on a 14 inch laptop screen when you're used to a 27 inch screen. This scepter was the cheapest 27 inch monitor available from Revain today and was available with Same. Day. Transport. I was surprised. I read the reviews and the last ones weren't that flattering but seeing how I had to work today I needed a monitor and pulled the trigger. True to my word, I received the monitor just after 2pm today. Well packed. The monitor and screen were not damaged when unpacked. Very easy to assemble, just screw the stand to the base, attach the stand to the back of the monitor and tighten the 2 screws. It even came with a screwdriver so I didn't have to look for it. The screen is ideal for homework, editing data in Excel spreadsheets, designing Power BI dashboards, or working with Word documents. I have no plans to play with this monitor so it meets all my expectations for a business monitor as labeled and marketed. Another user complained that it was shaky, but I didn't find it that way. Maybe they didn't tighten the 2 screws tight enough. TL; DR is a great business monitor to work with. Don't be afraid of negative reviews.
