The reason I give them 2 stars is because the grips look very nice and have a great build quality. When fitted they look nice and for the price they are not bad. However, they come at a low price for a reason. About a third of the grips didn't fit properly at all. It's a good thing there were extra handles, because a lot of them screwed in properly. For some reason the bad grips wouldn't engage the screw and the screw just kept turning. It was possible to pull the handle and they immediately detached. We tried different screws with handles and vice versa tried different handles with the same results. Many of them didn't screw properly. You could see that the screw just turns and doesn't lock at all. You could say the ones that worked snapped as the screw just stopped abruptly when it was fully screwed in and the grip felt solid, but sometimes one screw tightened while the other was loose. Generally I have several handles where one screw is tight and the other is just loose. Let's see how long they last. Luckily there were extra handles as we didn't need all of them to get the job done. As I said, they look good, but beware, they may not all work properly. I think they are telling the truth, you pay for what you get. Update: 4/9/20 Some grips started to loosen and loosen. I contacted Ravinte directly and they contacted me immediately. They were able to send me new pens right away to replace the faulty ones and partially refunded my problems. Thank you for great customer service and very quick replies.
