Usually wear 11B in tennis shoes, 10B in flats. Tried 11 which was too big, then found 10 1/2 B at Revain and ordered it. I always wear orthotics in my tennis shoes, so I planned on using them with them. The shoes have removable insoles, but are so comfortable and comfortable that I can wear them all day without orthotics. I have a high arch and the orthotics keep my feet from hurting in tennis shoes during everyday activities; They look a little more groomed and also prevent your feet from hurting. The outsole has excellent grip. I haven't used them for running and haven't washed them yet, but so far I'm very satisfied.
