The tool works great. Some have complained about loose bolts and the need for locknuts. The whole purpose of this tool is to be adjustable. I've been using these pullers for about 15 years and have never had a problem with a bolt falling out or falling off during use. The density of the fingers is sufficient. This is a tool to be aware of when ordering as it's not a simple screwdriver that any fool can buy and use. Don't berate a tool because you don't understand how to use it or what it's for. And for all the cheap comments, this tool is at least as good as any other puller I've ever used and I haven't seen a break yet. It's not going to fit every application you've ever had, but I can guarantee that it will fit at least 90 percent of them, and that's a very good thing when $50 can do most things and even survive professional daily use for life.
