I purchased this after realizing I had black plastic specks in the cut veggies from the safety pusher that came with my MIU professional mandolin. My Black Pusher is a softer plastic so when I saw this Rosle I knew it was going to be a harder plastic so I had to try. Yes, it works great. I tend to push too hard so that's my problem, when I'm chopping veggies I know I need to back away from that pressure. I hope this will stand up to the use I will give. So far so good and it's better than black. Smaller width and obviously transparent for a better view when slicing.
