It makes preparing vegetables so much easier, and the fact that it's dishwasher safe is a game changer. The grip is comfortable to hold and keeps your fingers safe from harm. I purchased this after realizing I had black plastic specks in the cut veggies from the safety pusher that came with my MIU professional mandolin. My Black Pusher is a softer plastic so when I saw this Rosle I knew it was going to be a harder plastic so I had to try. Yes, it works great.
