Bad design. The parts were difficult to hold together when inserting the screw. The biggest problem was the instability after assembly. The bodice was so loose that the bodice tilted forward. I will add pictures later to show it. I drilled and inserted mounting screws to hold the top two sections in place. Unfortunately, when I hung all my jackets and coats on the hangers, the top tilted even more. I need to add more stabilizing screws. I bought this to test and put it in my "man cave". If this was a reliable product I would buy another one for my office. It's not going to happen. Warranty and replacement is good for expensive stuff but a waste of time for cheap stuff. The price was great when well made, but I wouldn't recommend this rack unless you have a drill and mounting screws. Then it looks great from a distance and holds your stuff well.
