It's easy for our team members who do not use computers or have no idea how it works at all! The support from this product was amazing as well.

I would strongly recommend anyone looking into video monitoring in any way whatsoever look beyond traditional solutions like Zoom/webex etc - they're just too cumbersome with regards to usability & scalability needs (ease of implementation). We are able improve training effectiveness by allowing employees remote access without having to be physically present within an office environment.- Allows us greater flexibility when working remotely / geographically dispersed teams- Able to train more effectively.
