Received as a gift because they knew I was a foodie. I've never thought of making pancakes, but it's an amazing thing. It takes a few tries to get used to as there are no instructions. I plan to use it for other things as well (tortillas, pancakes, linen tortillas, etc.). super excited! The only downside is that there are no care instructions included. I want this item to last and I don't know if the surface can be repaired if it gets scratched which shouldn't be the case if you use wooden/plastic utensils.
