Sore hand on pouches, holsters and cases

As soon as I put it on my upper arm, it hurt. skinned me To keep it under the weight of my phone, I had to wrap it so tightly that it pinched my skin and cut off my circulation. Unfortunately it has to be returned. I also have a ranged weapon so I didn't have enough velcro to hold it well. The movie was too big for me. And the clip doesn't rotate like I thought it would. You need to unlock your phone from the clip to flip it horizontally or vertically. Not well designed in my opinion.
