The item arrived with a broken standby pump bracket (secondary pump). I went to the manufacturer's website and emailed them (with photos attached) asking about replacing the bracket. A week has passed and nothing has been heard from the manufacturer at all. Some of the cables are hardwired to the controller boxes, making installation unnecessarily complicated - using quick connectors would make installation much easier. The control of the main pump and the power supply of the secondary pump cannot be connected together on the same dual output. Great product idea, but their understanding of the details of processing is shockingly poor. They need to watch someone install one of these devices and take notes when the inevitable swearing happens so they can iron out the glaring bumps in an otherwise great idea.
