Glare removed! at Computer Accessories & Peripherals

I have two 27 inch Thunderbolt displays and just moved into a new office with floor to ceiling windows and a great view. Due to the office configuration, I sit with my back to the window and the glossy displays were a glaring nightmare. I almost couldn't see the screen. I've tried cheaper screen protectors but it was a disaster due to air bubbles so I invested in them. Just installed and the glare was gone. 100% eliminated. In fact, the privacy shield only covers part of the display, not the edges, so you can see the sharp contrast between edge glare and no display glare. As another reviewer said, I don't care about mounting brackets, so I plan on using large black rubber bands to secure the screens to the display. Now I use small pieces of tape and finally I can work! UPDATED: After a few weeks I'm still loving these. I actually tried tabs and they were useless, especially on Thunderbolt displays. The display bezels are flush with the display itself, so there's no way to move the privacy screen to a tab. And when I tried the slightest pressure, they just popped out. I threw them away and took big black rubber bands - 2 on the sides and 2 on top/bottom. This does the job perfectly as another reviewer said. One more note: I was a little disappointed with a few large air bubbles, but found that these can easily be removed by lifting the screen from the bottom and slowly lowering it back down. Be sure to clean the screens on both sides with a damp, soft cloth to remove stains and dust. Once cleaned and secured they work great. Finally, remember that there is a glossy side and a matte side, both will work. for privacy. However, if you want to remove highlights, you must use the matte side.
