Nice. Works well. good for me

Too heavy for a baseball cap for sport. I use it for work while carrying gear I the woods or unlit work areas - usually clip it to hat or belt. The way the lamp tilts allows you to clip it on the belt and angle the light forward. I also use it in my work truck - clip it to the visor and shine the head down to work area. Works better than my cab lights. Might not be incredibly durable - but I lose them before I break them!
