works great! I am absolutely satisfied with this trimmer. I bought this to replace my Norelco 7000 series vacuum trimmer. I liked the Norelco but the head kept breaking due to poor design with plastic tabs holding it in place. I've had it replaced three times in three years under an extended warranty. Without knocking it off, obviously since I've been using it for so long I really liked it. Decided to try this one and so far I'm happy with it. It appears to be a much better design and the vacuum cleaner is just as good if not better. I mainly use it for my weekly head shave, just like Norelco. It cleans it as close as the Norelco and the vacuum works well. Take the below-par vacuum function reviews with a grain of salt. You are unreal. These reviewers want a trimmer that doesn't leave a single hair to clean! It does not exist. If I can shave my head weekly while standing by the sink, keep my hair off the floor, and get "a few" hairs in the sink, I'm fine! Like I said, great product so far.
