Review on 🔋 Durable Borosilicate Glass Water Bottle with Silicone Sleeve - Choose from 16oz or 32oz by Kathy Sabo

I really liked this drinking bottle in the short time that I had it. The size is big; I only have to fill it up once to get enough water for the day. However, it fell from a height of about 14 inches and shattered into a million pieces. I've tried contacting the company as they advertise what I should do to get a replacement but I can't find a way to contact them. I specifically looked for borosilicate glass because it doesn't break easily. I wonder if it really is borosilicate since it broke with such a small provocation. I would like to know how to contact the company to get a replacement.
