My husband sent my Kitchenaid accessory into the dishwasher and it didn't work so I had to look for a replacement. Ideally I would have bought a Kitchenaid, but that was out of my budget. I bought this dough hook, somewhat dubious value for money but I was pleasantly surprised! The hook is very heavy and strong. It tumbled straight into my lift bowl mixer. The size was perfect, the hook went right up to the rim of the bowl without scratching. I've used this several times and it worked and washed great. Great replacement!
