No minuses as such, comfortable to use.

Verdict! I won't be buying more sophisticated products here! Because, no one is responsible for anything, what will eventually come to the client ! And this is unfortunate in the 21st century. About this laptop, I can say that the filling is solid, it was taken for work with graphic design and it performs its function.

Pros
  • Fast, light, comfortable keys, large touchpad. All required connectors are present. Ultrabook. I took it to work with graphic editors.
Cons
  • Minus only the seller LAPTOP. RU, for misleading buyers, including me, when the site did not correctly indicate the characteristics of this laptop. It was originally written a glossy screen. And this was important for me when choosing a laptop, I took it for myself to work in Photoshop, as I am a retoucher for my daughter to study. And in fact came matte. Through the support service, an answer was given that the seller's mistake was in incorrectly specifying the characteristics of the screen coverage. Subsequently, the error on the site was corrected. The seller himself did not apologize. A return option was offered. He didn’t suit me, because I didn’t want to wait for a refund and re-order a product with a glossy screen, because I no longer trust what is written on in the characteristics. This was the second laptop in 1.5 weeks ordered on this site and twice the product came completely wrong for which I paid. I offered to refund me part of the money for the difference between the matte and glossy screen. But the seller did not need it, and did not bother, and there was not even an apology on his part. But technical support offered a promotional code for 2022r, explaining that this is the maximum promotional code that they can provide. This is certainly not what I wanted. But at least there was an apology on their part. The only reason I didn’t return the goods, besides the fact that it was the second laptop that was incorrectly sent to me and to wait again for troubles with the return, the loss of time and the reordering of a new product, is that my daughter liked this laptop and she needed to urgently pay off her debts according to the schedule. So without hesitation, I returned it and went to an offline store.
