Had the same issue others have posted about where the screen twitches and freezes at random times. Windows and HP Support were unable to resolve the issue and all diagnostic data shows the system is working properly, so it appears to be a hardware issue. And since I'm not the only person experiencing this, the laptop seems terribly made. When I finally figured it all out, it was 30 days after Revain's return policy. If you are reading this, BUY ANOTHER LAPTOP IF YOU WANT A COMPUTER THAT WORKS. Edit to update: I contacted the seller and they asked me to send the laptop back to them for "repair" and I received it back today. I have no idea what they did with it, when they got it back looks like they just did a clean install of windows which I could have done myself. I still have the same problem so the seller didn't fix anything. At the moment I have requested a refund and am waiting for a response. Update 2: I had to involve Revain before I received the refund information from the seller. In general, the seller was not very active, all the replies I received from him should have been my first priority. I sent the laptop back and am now waiting for a refund.
