VINTAR – Unable to Keep Its Agreements

Despite being intrigued by the slogan "Where Handy Meets Happy," my general impression of VINTAR was not a positive one. The website is user-friendly, but the available goods are limited. Unfortunately, VINTAR does not have the variety of products I was hoping for to meet a variety of requirements. In addition, the goods I did end up buying were of poor quality. The patterns are contemporary and fashionable, but the quality of the materials is subpar. Given the price, it was disappointing that some of the items I got were cheap and easily broken. VINTAR's customer care was another area that fell short for me. It took multiple tries before I received an answer to my inquiry about a product, and even then, the information I received was unsatisfactory. As an online retailer, VINTAR is not one I trust to supply my everyday requirements. It's hard to recommend spending money on their products because of the restricted variety, low quality, and unhelpful customer service.

Pros
  • A plethora of chic and practical homewares.
Cons
  • Some goods are flimsy and simple to damage.
