Bluetooth not showing up

I bought this mouse solely to use the Bluetooth 5.0 feature. After a few hours I got it working ONCE. First, the instructions state that to connect via Bluetooth 5.0, you need to switch to "green" mode. That is not true. The only time the mouse even showed up was when the BT5.0 was in a bad mood. In addition, it is now simply impossible to detect. I turned it off a few times, switched modes a few times, and the mouse just never showed up as an available device. I've tried connecting to multiple devices but it just won't show up. Save money and buy something else. This product is terrible and I will return it.
