If you're looking for a durable backpack with lots of storage space, you've come to the right place! This backpack is ideal for school and university students as well as for adults. As a college student, I've carried several packs over the years and several of my co-workers have praised their High Sierra packs for their durability and reliability. I finally gave up and bought the Swerve last November and have been enjoying using it ever since. My main criteria for choosing a new backpack were: (1) durability, (2) storage space, (3) affordability, and (4) adequate protection for electronic devices like a PC. When comparing brands, High Sierra met all my criteria, while its competitors lagged behind in some areas. My Swerve still looks brand new, has room for all the gear I need for school and spare clothes for training, and is well within my price range (compared to previous $80 and $110 backpack purchases). In addition, the High Sierra has a fully padded computer sleeve that fits laptops up to 17 inches. My 3 year old MacBook Pro has been known to replace the hard drive cable 7 times. Laptop hard drive cables often wear out when carried in a backpack and pressed against books, and this was a constant problem with my previous backpacks. Since I switched to Swerve I haven't had any more problems with my laptop's hard drive! My only major complaint about this product is that everyone seems to have There is a black High Sierra backpack - sometimes it's difficult to distinguish your backpack from others. My friend actually had an Access backpack in black too, and while the design is different, it's hard to tell at first glance. I've also heard that the zippers are poor quality, but I haven't had any issues or issues with mine so far.
