Review on HotelHood by Shane Black

We are using this tool for our hotel properties in Canada, it has helped us to improve results by over 50%. It's easy-to use interface makes everything very simple! Nothing yet I can say about what could be improved or changed but overall we have been extremely happy with how things worked out so far from an end user perspective (we're not developers). The reporting features were also amazing - they really help you get insights into your data when running reports as well which was great since there weren't many options available at first. For example if one of my team members needed access information related to another member who had left/was fired etc., these types of details would normally take me hours upon days just trying different methods myself until i found something useful. With Hotelhood however all of those questions got answered within minutes without even needing any manual effort.
