Best Hotel Management Software Out Of All For Business Owners

The user interface is easy to use and the customer service is brilliant. I think Preno has the best customer service out of any of the competitors. Our manager has been able to use the system to add new properties, set up and run reports, etc. It has been a long time since we have used a competitor to Preno. I think that Preno is the best out there for hotels and it is also the most user friendly. It is an excellent system to use for any business that is looking to manage their properties…

Pros
  • You don't really see much other than what you want but if someone else needs something they will find whatever help needed quickly from your front desk as well at ease knowing everyone feels comfortable within these walls! Great staff great systems & overall amazing environment!! Loved how fast my check in was due diligence!!! Very pleased highly satisfied !!!!! A+

Great for both staffing companies & clients alike

Easy to learn, easy to implement features - even easier if self service as no booking team need to be in place. You can get up and running straight away and it's not hard sell. The product itself has changed over to become more of an online only business so we lose out this benefit (I think). But what our organisation gained was better customer care/service! I have enjoyed using Preno as my booking engine since day 1! The customer service/support team are always there to help if needed too…

  • The support from the team is always amazing and you can contact them at anytime and they are always there to help you with any issues you may have

  • I think the only thing would be that it doesn't have a feature to do your own bookings

Great Event Hosting Software for All Business Types

We have been using this software since it launched in our area (New Orleans). I like how easy they make things to keep track of reservations etc., all within one place! My only concern will be that if my internet goes down or something happens during an event where we are having issues getting guests into rooms; there isn't anything else out their available which helps us get back up & running quickly without needing help form another vendor/company outside what was hosting events last night as
