Review on Spotless Success with OXO Good Grips Grout Brush: Eliminate Grime with Ease! by Brenda Finlinson

My ceramic and stone restoration company has been using these grout brushes for years and was VERY happy with the product until OXO decided to change the look and feel of the bristle texture. What you see in the photo on the right is not the brush you received but the old version. The new design has a reshaped head and the bristles are much softer and come off quickly, just like the cheaper versions found in major department stores. In the past I've gotten the pictured version from Ace Hardware for about $8, pricey but worth it for the strength of the bristles. i have this question OXO, why change the functional design, and Revain, why not update your website with the current product image?
