Faulty Heat Regulator for Reptiles

This temperamental product was an utter disappointment .After receiving it, I immediately attempted to set it up for my reptiles` terrarium. Unfortunately, the temperature WAS off by several degrees, and the device was unable to regulate the heat adequately. The only positive aspect was that the company's customer service was responsive. Overall I would not recommend this product to anyone searching for reliable reptile pet supplies..

May require some trial and error to find the right settings for specific reptile and amphibian species.
